A CHICAGO COURT of APPEALS has denied a lawsuit trying to overturn limit/ban handguns/weapons in CHICAGO. These geniuses state that the 2nd AMENDMENT 'with its right-to-bear-arms' does not apply to states in the SOCIALIST STATES of AMERIKA!!!
