'Racial Profiling' is OK as long as its for the HIGH COURT!!!

You can't 'RACIAL PROFILE' if you are a traffic policeperson but you should if you are choosing a SUPREME COURT JUSTICE. With the news of Justice DAVID SOUTER's retirement - the rush has begun not to select a qualified jurist - but to make sure she fits the proper boxes/categories of minority/feelings categories. 'She' because according to 'the OBAMA' and his MARXIST/LEFTY DEMBHOLE partisans - the 'COURT' as in all aspects of our society need more minority representation - whether they happen to be qualified at law or not!!! SO DON'T RACIAL PROFILE IF IT IS FOR A 'TRAFFIC VIOLATION' BUT DEFINITELY DO IT TO 'FILL' A VACANCY FOR THE NATION'S HIGHEST COURT!!! Ha.
