Why 'we' never confronted the VT shooter before his rampage???

CHO SEUNG-HUI the 'deranged' VIRGINIA TECH 'shooter' was never confronted because we were too careful about not abridging 'his rights'!!! CHO was confined to a mental institution at least twice AND reported by his fellow students/instructors to be 'acting' weird - but no NO let's not restrict his 'rights' so he can go 'NUTTY' make that 'abnormal' as we wouldn't want to offend this 'creep' - let's let him KILL 32 INNOCENT STUDENTS - that's it his 'rights' have at last been fully protected!!!
