Dear Lewis,
Today you are 64.

I picked the tulips to frame as they hold the dearest memories. I think I chose well.

It is a beautiful morning. The light is soft, just as you liked. Angles and colours, filtered by trees out the bedroom window. The curtains moving in a puff of air.

Happy Bday Zaj..

I commented on your last post but I think you forgot to reply so here it is again for your convenience :)

'Zaj' was such a remarkable poet and personality..it may be long till one like him walks on America again. When reading his poems I wondered: who did he look up to in history? who was his favourite poet/person in mankind? Perhaps you know the answer as you were his wife..I would grateful if you share that with us

May peace be with you

Lewis, I remember you as a friend and counselor who helped me formulate ideas during the formation of Healing the Children FL/GA. Your insight and ideas helped make the organization what it is today. Hundreds of children have received desperately needed medical care. We are still thankful for your contributions over coffee at the little shop at the end of the strip mall. Peace to you Lewis. Your are remembered!
