REP. CHARLES RANGEL = scumbag/CON-MAN!!!

Ah HOUSE-OF-FOOLS-REP. CHARLES RANGEL, HARLEM who personally with his BLACK 'CRONIES' was responsible for putting the 'landmark' APOLLO THEATRE into bankruptcy several years ago due to his mismanagement of monies/contracts - definitely needs 4 rent-subisdized apartments at the luxuriuous LENNOX TERRACE APARTMENTS[for which he pays 50% of the regular rents for his personal use] so he can place all those 'earmarked' portraits of him as the 'FOOOLISH HOUSE WAYS & MEANS CHAIRMAN' subsidized by our tax dollars - in a proper setting!!! This 'CON-MAN' has been in office too long!!! Get rid of this SCUMBAG/FRAUDSTER!!! ANOTHER DEMBHOLE - EVERYTHING ON OUR DIME - NOT HIS OWN!!! Yet another slimeball thief/fraudster in office - when will we all learn???
