DARA TORRES - an Olympian yet again...
DARA TORRES, 41, a mother, has qualified for the OLYMPIC GAMES in BEIJING. This is her fifth appearance as a UNITED STATES swimmer. At an age when most mother's are not competitors but busy with 'household/motherly' duties - MS. TORRES is competing with young women more than 20 years her junior. INCREDIBLE. IN AN AGE OF 'DOPING' SCANDALS - MS. TORRES BRINGS US BACK TO WHAT 'THE THRILL OF VICTORY AND COMPETITION' IS ALL ABOUT. The best of luck to all the OLYMPIC ATHLETES this summer in BEIJING and in particular DARA TORRES.
