How to 'beat' BOSTON PARKING TICKETS???

It used to be easy to 'BEAT' BOSTON'S dreaded parking tickets and the subsequent BOSTON BOOT placed upon cars by the parking department police!!! How you ask??? Well BARAK'big-ears'OBAMA all you had to do was 'list' your plate as being stolen - the computers (in the 70's at least) couldn't update the tickets to the new plate!!! Thanks for being 'so honest' 'Big-ears'BARACK too bad it doesn't carry-over to your land-dealings or stock investments or where you 'GOT' the money from???
