CHICAGO to close Monday August 17 - for all municipal services!!!

The CITY of CHICAGO -managed/run/looted by decades of DEMBHOLES - has no money because of fiscal irresponsibility so libraries, parks, offices will close this Monday and workers will not get paid. A FINE LEGACY FOR ONE OF AMERIKA'S LARGEST CITIES???!!! MAKE SURE TO THANK THOSE DEMBHOLES - ALWAYS FOR THE 'AVERAGE PEOPLE'!!! Ha.
