The UNIONS got control of CHRYSLER + $10BILLION in your TAX DOLLARS + 9 1/2% bonds for $27BILLION in investments + 17% of the new GOVERNMENT MOTORS all for giving up 'flexible hours' for their workforce of UNION THUGS!!! Why SOTOMAYOR is not fit to be on the SUPREME COURT...
Forget about her DUMB-DEMBHOLE MARXIST comments as to her "...Latina women bullshit" or her equally odious "...policy is made at the appelate level". Following are a few FACTS as to why she is UNFIT and not of the 'right' temperament:
1) SOTOMAYOR has ruled that the 2nd Amendment to the CONSTITUTION is not NOT an individual right!!! The 2nd Amendment is the 'right to bear arms'!!!
2)In the RICCI CASE, SOTOMAYOR has ruled that WHITE firefighters in Connecticutt would inflict a 'disparate' cause because they scored higher than minority applicants in a 'proficiency test' - evoking the cause celebre of reverse discrimination.
SOTOMAYOR's decisions are overturned at a better than 80% rate and her opinions are usually regarded by other jurist's as weak, superficial, and generally lacking in a knowledge or appreciation of the law.

we stand in line observing city spaces
quickly filled with another and another face
all of us supposedly leading less meaty lives
because city air ripens flesh
watching korean grocers performing one-act plays in produce sections while we smell hot pretzels knowing how good they’d be with lotsa' mustard seeing yellow electric chords snake out of manholes
from where workmen and perhaps a workwoman watch with us an old woman in a tattered old long dress wash
dabbing her exposed arms and holding her lengthy-dress to reach no-longer muscular or taught legs with lukewarm coffee and thrown away paperscraps before she continues on her way down a trash-littered debris spattered street
shopping cart in tow possessions accounted for as a stunning blonde dressed in spandex baring her muscular midriff anonymous
in plastique fashionable helmet and dark glasses zips by on chartreuse rollerblades creating a slight breeze of erotic moment leaving this city of instant strangers with the ultimate realization that
only tourists ever wear sandals on broadway.

The aftermath of PROP 8...
With the CALIFORNIA SUPREME COURT's decision on PROP8 and the creation of two seperate unequal classes of GAYS - this issue will ultimately find its way to the SUPREME COURT of the UNITED STATES. THERE CAN NOT BE ONE CLASS OF GAYS ALLOWED TO MARRY BECAUSE OF ADVANTAGEOUS TIME AND THE OTHERS DENIED!!! California is full of ASSHOLES who want to get their holes filled - legally or not!!!
